My Approach

If your mind feels busy, your emotions feel big, or you’re still figuring out who you are and how you want to show up in your life and relationships, this space is for you. My name is Emma, and I work with individuals ages 12+, with a particular interest in supporting young adults who are feeling overwhelmed, navigating anxiety or OCD, exploring body image, and trying to understand themselves more deeply in their relationships and everyday lives.

I create a warm, supportive space where your story and emotional experiences are at the centre. Drawing from Narrative and Emotion-Focused therapies, I support you in making sense of your experiences, understanding your emotions, and exploring your story in ways that feel meaningful and connected to who you are. Together, we can begin to find a path forward that feels aligned with all parts of you.

In our sessions, I may incorporate somatic practices and supportive tools like essential oils, feeling wheels, fidget items, and journaling to support the mind-body connection. These can help gently settle the nervous system, bring clarity, and create space for new insights along your journey.

On A Personal Note

Fun facts about me: I'm a bit of a crunchy soul! I love all things holistic and am always diving into learning about the mind-body connection, especially through herbal remedies. I'm naturally extroverted and adventurous, so I rarely sit still on my days off. You'll usually find me wandering through antique shops or trying to find the best local matcha latte with my partner or friends.

On days I feel I need to recharge, I love to re-watch my most loved shows like Friends or Gilmore Girls. I find joy in creative expression and movement, whether that's through fashion (I love putting outfits together and shopping!) or staying active. Walking and discovering new hiking spots is one of my favourite ways to reset, and I keep myself grounded with Pilates, strength training, and yoga. I am all about feeling good, inside and out.
