I work with individuals & those in relationships (romantic, work, family, etc.) to heal, reconnect with self/others, and enhance coping skills using talk therapy and somatic approaches.

I support individuals (12+) in navigating stress, anxiety, and relational concerns through fostering a compassionate, safe, and empowering environment.

I blend creativity, compassion and warmth within a safe space to empower individuals 10+ to feel heard, find balance and heal.

MACP | ASSOCIATE

I aim to create a safe, connected space for individuals 14+ of all backgrounds, genders, and sexualities to know and accept themselves fully.
